Sari Silk is a wonderfully textured fibre made from recycled silk remnants from the sari-making process. Soft, colourful and full of character, no two skeins are ever quite the same.
It hooks fabulously and is an easy way to add a little something unexpected to your rug hooking. Use it for highlights, flowers, water, skies, clothing, borders—or anywhere your rug needs a pop of colour, shine and texture. It can be hooked on its own or mixed with wool strips and yarns for added interest and dimension.
Our Sari Silk comes in generous 50 g skeins and is available in a variety of gorgeous colours. A little goes a long way—and it’s one of those fibres that is simply fun to hook with!
