We will never share your credit card information with anyone nor retain it for future purchases unless you direct us to do so.

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges if:

• the item is returned in its original form.
• you have contacted us within 14 days of delivery
• the item is shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, because we custom dye wool per the customer's request, we can’t offer a return or refund for your custom dyed wool fabric or yarn. We can only offer exchange or replacement for the wool if is defective or damaged during shipping. If you need to exchange item(s), send us an email at periwinklelaine@gmail.com  

Experience has taught us that you need approximately 4-5 times the amount of wool for the size of the project.

Therefore, if you pattern is 24” x 36” and you hook it with a # 6 cut you will likely need to purchase 2.5 yards of wool.  Try this:

• Multiply 24” x 26” = 864 square inches
• Multiply the square inches by the size of your (i.e. 3,4,5,6 etc.) 864 x 6 =5184
• Divide 5184 by sq. inches in a yard 2052 = approximate number of yards required 2.5
