Course Overview
A comprehensive 1-day workshop dedicated to teaching the art of dyeing wool for rug hooking. Attendees will learn essential techniques, safety practices, and creative methods for both natural and acid dyeing, concluding with hands-on applications.
Materials Provided
- 1/2 yard Dorr Natural
- 3 – 3ply skeins of MacAusland’s Natural Wool
- Natural and acid dye supplies
- Dyeing equipment (gloves, aprons, dye pots, brushes)
- Handout with detailed instructions and safety tips
