Many of Prince Edward Island’s wharfs hold fishing shacks. They are used by fishers to store wet gear, rope, boat supplies they are often painted a variety of colours to liven up the wharf and create beauty. They are also a very important gathering point for fishers, not just at fishing time, but throughout the year. This scene could be hooked with colours that match or contrast with your decor. The PEI rocks should be hooked the in rusty, pink, reddish colours commonly seen in PEI sandstone. Don’t forget to add a little grass, straw or seaweed between some of the rocks!
