This hand-dyed wool has been dyed with several colours and it mixes with the natural wool’s character to create shades, shadows and valleys – all to create a realistic stormy sea. One of the most challenging aspects of our work at Periwinkle Laine is capturing the rich colours of our dyed wool. In our pursuit to do so, we display our wool in various settings, often highlighting the picturesque beauty of our Island (so maybe you will visit:).
