Description
Dyes proteins fibers – animal fibers like wool, silk, angora, mohair, alpaca, an nylon. All colours intermix well. Use Ammonium Sulfate, Citric Acid Crystals, or White Vinegar to fix the colour. Dyes must be dissolved in boiling water. One ounce (29 grams) of dye powder will dye approximately 6 pounds (2.75 kilograms) of wool to a medium shade.
